Subject: Reading Row and Column Titles in Excel

From: "Chad Buckins" <cbuckins@xxxxxxxxxx>
I use numerous Excel worksheets at work. I understand that Alt+Shift+R
should read the row title, and Alt+Shift+C should read the column title, =
but
how do these actually work? For instance, whenever I press them, JAWS =
never
says anything.

Any idea why?

Thanks.
