Paul, Not necessarily in the system tray. It would depend on all sorts of 
settings and personalizations.

Shannon, In XP you will find it in Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment

However this is all very cumbersome since you were asking if there were any 
keystrokes to raise and lower the volume of the USB headset. It may depend 
on whether the headset has its own control panel with assignable keys. Or 
perhaps even a volume knob on the headset itself.

If using a laptop there are usually some key combinations (like Fn key and 
F3/F4) that will raise and lower the volume, and some full-sized keyboards 
actually have a volume knob or rocker buttons, if they are a multi-media 
style.

However I can think of nothing in JAWS that would fulfill the need for 
keystrokes to do this, so this topic is beyond the purview of the list, in 
any case.

its in the system tray do an insert f11 to get to it and then down
arrow to the bottom of the list.
