question about controlling volume for USB headset

Hello,
I use Jaws 12 with Windows 7 and a USB headset at work. I am wondering if
there is a keyboard command for controlling the volume on the headset through
the computer. The volume keeps decreasing on my headset for no apparent
headset and right now I can't figure out how to fix this problem without
sighted assistance.
