Question about compiling Skype Scripts

I just installed Revision 275 of the Skype Scripts for my skype V 2.5. I
recompiled them as I know. My problem now is that I think the Skype Watch
feature doesn't work. When a person comes or leaves, It doesn't announce the
name. Can you send me offlist the steps about recompiling the scripts? I
don't have any. I know the steps are posted here many times but I never
copied. I think I am just missing something.
