I think it's worth saying again, too, though, that others have had to resort
to using Narrator to get the shortcut key to stick, so if that fails, try
shutting down JAWS and using Narrator to create the shortcut. For me, I did
have to do it several times before it took but never considered using
Narrator...and good thing, too, as much as I hate that thing! <grin> Take

I am having two issues with Jaws 8 and was wondering if anyone could help.
First of all, no matter what I do, I cannot get a shortcut key to stay for
Jaws 8.
Secondly, when I go to Jaws 8 in the start menu under programs, and choose
tools and then remove, I have no option for repair. Has anyone else
experienced these same issues and if you have a suggestion to resolve these
problems, it would be most appreciated.
