windows components button and reinstall the programme.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this message, and if I'm
posting it to the wrong list I appologize in advance. Could someone email me
offlist? I'm having difficulty with my Outlook Express. Within the last
couple of days I've been unable to open the application I keep getting a
dialogue box that pretty much tells me there was an error and it wants to
send an error report. I've clicked both the "Send Error Report" and "Don't
Send Error Report" buttons (respectively,) and of course nothing happens.
I'm still unable to utilize the program, and have to use the webmail browser
for my email at this time. Could someone email me offlist and help me try to
fix this problem? I'm using the most up to date version of Internet
Explorer. Thanks!
