try this in my computer or windows explorer press alt +t to go to the tools
menu then press o for folder options.  on the view tab make sure that hide
protected operating system files is off.

That's not the problem though. The problem is that I can't delete messages.
I now have over 1100 messages in my inbox because they won't delete.
