I've never experienced this problem with JAWS. But, when I was using JAWS 8.0116 it would kind of hang when I was using Spell Check. I had to shift tab once to hear what the misspelled word was and then decide whether it needed to be corrected or not. It doesn't do that now, with the newest version of JAWS. In my case, annoying behavior persists. If I delete a message from a list of messages, JAWS repeats the subject line of the deleted message but doing a 'say line' command reads the subject line of the actual next message. For me, this annoying quirk has existed in each flavor of 8.0. Writing F S produces boilerplate responses to no good end. Happy Friday nonetheless.
