Outlook 2007 new message alert with JFW

Is there a way to tweak JFW to make the words in the new message alert to be
read? I am told by sighted employees that when the alert comes up it says who
the message is from.
That would be very useful so that I don't stop what I am doing to check on a
message that I do not want to read at that time.
I have OutLook 2007, JFW version 11 and Windows XP Pro
