RE: Outlook 2003 Questions with JFW

Be sure you have outlook and not outlook express.

The easiest way I have found, is to use the folder list, or the go to
folder command of control-y, and then choose "calendar" or "contacts" or
"tasks" or "notes", depending upon which feature you're trying to use.

When done, use the same method to go back to your inbox.
