Opening PDF attachment with jaws

Hi Listers, I have a Email attachment (in PDF format)I'm unable to open. OK
first I inter on the Email, Next I do insert+A JFW reads the name of the
document and gives the file size, but when I press enter to open the document
nothing happens. I am using Jaws 6.2 with Win XP home and Adobe reader 6.0 .
