OK, folks. I think I did get the client downloaded. I turned off
Norton firewall and the client downloaded and seemed to be working.
Once I put the firewall back up it ceased to work. I've looked all over
in Norton on how to allow the client to work through the firewall but
have failed. Norton is not very JAWS friendly for me, I'm afraid, so
don't know where to go to allow the client to get through. Any
thoughts?

Hi. I'm having difficulty getting the necessary client downloaded at
the Web site www.for-the-people.com <http://www.for-the-people.com/>
for some reason. It's supposed to download automatically but isn't.
When in a chat room, I route the JAWS cursor to the PC cursor and search
for any messages about it being blocked. I do have Norton firewall
running but like I said am getting no blocked messages. Has anyone else
been a member of this site and know how I can get it going so I can take
part in the voice chats?

Thank you,
