Hello Chris,

The problem you are having has to do with the norton personal firewall not 
passing the refering URL. You were probably getting a 202 error with nothing 
else but an OK button. Follow the link below to the symantec page that gives 
you instruction for making the nessasary change. You will most likely need 
sighted instructions for this procedure.

criss in Norton and believe me I don't remember how to do it but there is a
way to tell Norton to always bring up the combo box.
   I wish I could remember just how to do it. there is a settings that if
you press on it Norton will configure your settings but I don't know what it
is.  I know and I got Norton a long time ago the problem drove me nuts for
awhile before I figured it out.  I wish I was more help on this one.----
