after minimizing norton while it is scanning try
insert f10 and down arrow and enter on norton

I have the same trouble on accassion. I just let it do it's thing and try
again late that usually work's.
I have Norton question here too, however.
When my Morton automatically start's, checking my computer when I am doing
something else and I minimize, the window and want to back and open to check
the
scan I cannot do it. I have to close Norton and start scan again why is
this?
