Because if you unhide those files and folders they will be easy to find for other uses than just Jaws.

Hello,

Instead of playing around with the"hidden files" option in Windows Explorer why not use the tool provided by FS? Go to Start menu, Programs, JAWS, Explore Jaws, and choose either Explore my settings, or explore shared settings?
Either of these dump you into the folder you are attempting to fine and the path can be rather long, even if you have your hidden files showing.
My path looks like this, very typical:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\6.10\Settings\enu

I am using both JFW6.2 and Window XP home on both my lap top and my desktop.

On my desktop, Freedom Scientific is found in my documents and settings; under owner in the application data folder. This is where I've been putting my JFW scripts.

On my lap top, the application folder is not present. How can correct this? Freedom Scientific does not appear anywhere under documents and settings.

Jill
