Never heard this before

Jaws tells me something I never heard before in the Outlook Express message
transfer dialog when I get the title with Jaws key t. It says the title,
Outlook Express, then it says "page is" and some info about a message. This
keeps changing. Could it be Norton Anti Virus? I tried to turn off NAV
notifications but it didn't make a difference. Not a problem. Just curious.
