Hello friends. I thought Tracy was using JAWS 8, version of course not supporting Internet 8. At least 9 is required. Beyond this thing of "open parent document", a friend of mine from the beautiful area of Salento near the city of Lecce (south of Italy), issued that while moving by pressing TAB from the address bar to another part of the web page, IE8 crashed. Certainly he reverted to IE7again. Preferring then definitively to use Mozilla Firefox. Much better and safer too. But, many other Sicilian friends of mine use IE8 because of facebook. Which suggestions can I give them to avoid this crash when moving from address bar by pressing TAB?
All them use Windows XP.
