Need Help Installing Rockbox

The Rockbox utility softwhere is on my computer.  I need to get it on to the 
MP3 player.  In Rockbox utility it is not recognizing my device.  The MP3 
player I have is the Sansa C250.  It is made to work with Rockbox.
