Hi All, Since the topic of disabling the Office Plug In has come back up again, I'm posting my question again in hopes that someone might be back from vacation etc. and can help this time around. I'm having a problem with Word 2000 and want to check that the Microsoft Office plugin is disabled in Norton System Works 2003. I followed the instructions when they were first given out, but I seem to remember that some versions of JAWS were known to report the status of check boxes in Norton inaccurately, but can't remember what versions have the problem and if sighted assistance might be required. I'm running Windows 98 se with the GW Micro version of DECtalk Access 32 and have JAWS 4.0, 4.51.131, and JAWS 5.00.809 on my machine. I saved the instructions on how to find the appropriate check box, but I'd very much appreciate a refresher on which of these versions accurately report the status of the Office PlugIn and which version/s I should avoid.
