Moti,
Just one question, after you have muted the speech and you decide you
want speech again when you have pressed the insert + ctrl + S how would
you know when you have reached Eloquence?

I suggest you to mute Jaws soon:
press: ctrl+insert+s arrow down to no speech and enter.
You don't have speech now.
To make the speech on again press again:
ctrl+insert+s arrow up to eloquence and press enter.
