Mouse Over ?

Hello,
I followed all the steps in the configuration manager to change "mouse over" to
a sound instead. So now when I open a web page do I have to always select the
scheme "classic mouse over" since that is what I named the file. It always
opens in just classic. Or is there a way to always have my pages open with the
modified file? Thanks.
