you need to uncheck hide inactive icons.  If this doesn't work, I'm not sure 
what to say.  If you arrow to an item and press shiftf10, it should give you 
the options, alternatively, pressing ins+f11 should give you a list and you 
should be able to tab and press space on the right click button.

Hello:
I am setting up a new system.  It is using windows xp.  A weird thing is 
happening.  I can see the  items in the task tray, but can't get to them 
Neither the left or right mouse tabs don't work.  When I tab to one of them 
and hit enter, the task tray list is exited, but the item isn't opened.  Any 
ideas?
