Modifying The Jaws File

I followed the instructions given and looked in both windows explorer and in my 
computer on local disc C.  They are divided in to 10 areas and I don't know 
where to find the Jaws files.  Would I look in Program Files             ?

I'm sorry to be so dumb, but I don't know what I am doing as I have had no 
experience.
