I do remember seeing frequent errors as outlook as shutting down, and I don't have that anti-virus software you mentioned. My errors were pretty vague like "outlook has experienced a problem" or something. I did wonder if it was jaws interacting with outlook that was causing the problem, as sighted people using outlook on the same pc weren't having the problems. ------------------------------ Chip Orange Database Administrator Florida Public Service Commission Chip.Orange@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (850) 413-6314 (Any opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily reflect those of the Florida Public Service Commission.) _____ From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of john Sent: Sunday, September 07, 2008 4:06 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Microsoft Outlook Have any of you been getting error reports right after closing your MS Outlook? I have Outlook 2002 on my desktop and 2003 on my laptop and I am getting this repeatedly on both machines. As soon as I hit the don't send button outlook reopens. I have noticed that this occurred after I installed the super antispyware software. If you can help, please advise. Take care, John
