MSN Messenger fix, maybe? FW: Software Technical Support Request

                         Hi folks
A few days ago I contacted FS tech support about the whole issue I was 
having with not being able to read any messages in the history window of 
msn messenger 6.2 with JAWS 6.10 update posted April 15th.

They wrote back to me, but their solution makes absolutely no sense to 
me.  Then again I'm no programmer or scripter so maybe I'm missing 
something. I'd like to see what you guys think of this.
