John, When you say that when you spell check the same document "later" those words are flagged for your attention again, do you mean by "later" later in the same session with that document, or after you've closed the document and reopened it? It's my experience that the Ignore command works during a given Word session with a document. But if I close the document, and then open it later and again spell check the same part of it as before, or the whole thing, the spell checker won't remember what I told it to ignore earlier. This would be normal. Tom ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Ramsey" <stephnjohnny211@xxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, November 20, 2006 12:12 PM Subject: MS Word Problem Hello All, I am using JFW 8, windows XP, and MS Office 2000. I have been experiencing a problem with the spell check in MS Word that seems kind of strange. When I tell the spell check to ignore a particular rule or word, and then resume work on the document at a later time, the same rules and words that were supposed to be ignored are always rechecked and this is kind of annoying. Does anyone else have this kind of problem?
