Looking for the fax software

Good evening list, 

Can anybody help me, I need to send a fax, but cannot find where to send it 
from.  
I'm using a Dell  computer Dimension 8250 Series, Intel Pentium 4 Processor at 
2.80GHz, 
 Windows XP Home and Jaws 6.2


Any help would be appreciated.
