Good evening,

I have been presented with course material to prepare consisting of a =
series of Power Point slides. Not all of the text seems to be available =
to me, if I use the Jaws cursor there is stuff I don't see with the =
application cursor but it is clearly incomplete.

Ideally I would like to be able to grab it all into something I could =
format and transcribe into braille.

I have tried the select all function both using CTRL-A and using the =
Edit menu with the idea of pasting it into Word but this did not =
succeed.

I have Jaws 6.0, XP Pro here and Win98 at work if that matters.

I might try printing then scanning if all else fails always assuming I =
can print the slides.

If anyone skilled in the use of Power Point can help I will be much =
obliged on or off list.
