I frequently do a Save As from the File menu and save the Powerpoint =
file to
RTF. Then, I read it in Word. This gets all the text and notes, but no
graphics or embedded objects (like Word tables). And, I am not sure if =
the
notes are put after each slide or all together after the slide text.
Good luck, I haven't had much luck reading Powerpoint. For example, =
today,
JAWS kept repeating lines of text in a Powerpoint file that I was =
viewing in
Slide Show format. You might try that just for reading - hit F5, then =
use
the space bar to advance to the next slide.=20

I have been presented with course material to prepare consisting of a =

series of Power Point slides. Not all of the text seems to be available =

me, if I use the Jaws cursor there is stuff I don't see with the =3D
application cursor but it is clearly incomplete.
Ideally I would like to be able to grab it all into something I could =
=3D
format and transcribe into braille.
I have tried the select all function both using CTRL-A and using the =3D =
Edit
menu with the idea of pasting it into Word but this did not =3D succeed.
I have Jaws 6.0, XP Pro here and Win98 at work if that matters.
I might try printing then scanning if all else fails always assuming I =
=3D can
print the slides.
If anyone skilled in the use of Power Point can help I will be much =3D
