Rick,
The Auto Graphics Labeler ( insert plus control plus the letter G ) is suppose to work just like the manual Graphics labeler ( insert plus the letter G ) only when I came back to the sound recorder today the graphics weren't labeled and I could only label one button. I would label one button and it would show up labeled, I would then label the second button and it would show up labeled, but the first button would go back to being unlabeled. I have no idea what's going on. If you or anyone else knows would you let me know. Thanks for any help.
Brian

Hi,

I didn't know there was a automatic one. How would that work?

Rick

Nancy,
Thanks for the help. I used the auto graphics labeler, though.

Just hit insert g after you have left-clicked on
the graphic you want to label, and a dialog box
gives you the stuff about the graphics labeler;
then you can type in the label you want it to
say. Hope this helps.

Hi Friends,
When using the Microsoft sound recorder the
record, rewind, stop and play buttons are
labeled Graphic 631, Graphic 653 and so on and
so on. I know about the auto graphics labeler
and that you can label them separately. Now my
question is:
What are the steps to do this.
I've done it in the past, but tonight I can't
get it to work. When in the sound recorder I'm
pressing Insert plus control and the letter G
and I do hear that there were no graphics
labeled. As I said before, I've done this
labeling in the sound recorder on another
computer so I know it can be done. I'm using
Windows XP Pro and Jaws 7. A refresher on how I
did this in the past would be greatly
appreciated.
 The unlabeled Brian, LOL!
