Just hit insert g after you have left-clicked on the graphic you want to label, and a dialog box gives you the stuff about the graphics labeler; then you can type in the label you want it to say. Hope this helps. Nance

I know about the auto graphics labeler and that you can label them separately. Now my question is: What are the steps to do this. I've done it in the past, but tonight I can't get it to work. When in the sound recorder I'm pressing Insert plus control and the letter G and I do hear that there were no graphics labeled. As I said before, I've done this labeling in the sound recorder on another computer so I know it can be done. I'm using Windows XP Pro and Jaws 7. A refresher on how I did this in the past would be greatly appreciated. The unlabeled Brian, LOL!
