Jaws8 and outlook

hi there,
I have just checked my outlook and when I enter it, it presents me with a
word blank document can anyone suggest how I recover my outlook?
Also
where is the auto complete function
where we have been advised to uncheck the box in the options dialog that
says to use Word as your
e-mail editor.
