Using the configuration manager.
The configuration manager allows you to modify many settings that determine
what information JAWS will read, and how it will be read.
You can change the settings so that it only applies to a particular
application or to the default file so that it applies to all programs.
To open the configuration manager press insert + 6 on the numrow.
This will open the file for the application that you are currently using.
If you want the change to be for all programs, press control shift D to open
the default configuration file.
Next press alt S for the set options menu.

1, you will land on, user options, press enter.

2, now, tab to typing echo, use your down arrow to select words.

3, now tab to okay, press enter.

4, alt f4 and yes to save your changes, and your done.
