No you hit the insert key which is also called the jaws key on your ten
key
(the 0 key) while in num lock off. Along with the h key. Example; num
lock off, insert (jaws key / 0 key) + h
This will bring up a window with all commands for jaws for what app you
are
in at the time.

When you are in something like "outlookI just did that and got a list of
programs that I could click on. The problem is that I clicked once in
the
first window and n the second window when I clicked on a program it just
stayed in the list. I was experimenting with the command in Outlook but
still and all there were no links in the menu they offered.
