Hi one note to the below if it does not load the utility manager with
windows u. Now select nerater and make sure it is not set to start at =
log
on.=20

No, it doesn't. Narrator seems to have been activated at some point,=20
either deliberately or otherwise. If it is properly shut down, the =
problem=20
*should* clear itself up.
