Hi,

You're problem is that you need to go into the properties of the
startmenu and  "custom".  Now tab to a list of items that will be either
checked or unchecked and arrow down to show hidden icons in system tray.
Check this item and ok. This should fix your problem but I suggest you
reboot after the  procedurer.

Hello, thank you for your message. I do like what you said but the
problem is that the menu for that item does not appear sometimes the
popup menu of the desktop appears and sometimes other menus appear.
