Jaws and the system trays

Hello, I have a problem related to Jaws and the system trays. The problem is
that I press insert + f11 and I select any item, for example the Norton
Internet security, its menu don't open and when I go manually to the task bar I
don't find it. Any suggestions from you will be highly appreciated best
