I think I have the latest version and for me, it isn't very accessible. The
earlier one which came with the third hard drive I had put in worked better.

  katherine.

i too also use macafee and jfw 7 on an xp home machine.

i have never had the exact problem that you are describing but i would also
like to know if there are any jfw scripts available for macafee.

a lot of the functions of macafee are not available with jfw and it is a
shame as once macafe is set up it sits there quietly until something forces it
to react, i.e. a virus being detected or a program requesting access to the
internet.

i have used macafee now for 3 years and am due to upgrade to the newest
version in a matter of weeks.

i intend to do this, but i hope that someone can make it a little more
accessible for me.

    Hi, Everyone,

I am using JFW 7.0 and Windows Home Edition. I am using the package from
McAfee, as that is what the computer came with.

This morning I received a message regarding a change created by the
registry and I was asked if I wanted to allow the change, block the change and
remember the response.

I can read the message with the Jaws cursor, but how do I get to the check
boxes in order to check them and make it go away? All morning while I was
using OE, the McAfee message would appear in whatever I was doing. Are there
special scripts that I need in order to use this program?

    Katherine
