Hi Judith, My interest is with using accessing the Hebrew scriptures. I am a pastor. In seminary I had a reader spell record my Hebrew materials, including spelling out each word. I then transcribed them into braille. I did receive a copy of the Hebrew Bible from the Jewish Braille Institute. I have some software packages that have electronic versions of the Hebrew scriptures. They also include reference works that contain Hebrew words. At this point I have not figured out a useful way to utilize these resources and so am interested in how others might be accomplishing the task. I really would like to find a way for Jaws to say the Hebrew letters and read from right to left. As for already having Hebrew... If I do I don't know it unless it's something I have because I have those software packages. For example, I know they include Hebrew fonts. Thanks for whatever help you can give. You already know how to access Hebrew and read it with jaws. You are not in Israel so you are in an English speaking country elsewhere. Why are you interested in obtaining info about Hebrew when you obviously have it already? Perhaps you can answer my questins about reading Hebrew with Jaws? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ralph Supernaw" <rsupernaw@xxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, February 04, 2005 9:22 AM Subject: Jaws and Hebrew > I would be very intrested in hearing how to use Jaws with Hebrew.
