Thanks, then I gues the big question would be does heat meet Section 508
requirements. If not then my office is in big trouble because they are
supposed to ensure that all hardware/software meets Section 508
requirements.

Our office has Heat, and I find it very difficult to use. I hesitate to
call anything inaccessible, because there are often ways to get around
things. There are some shortcut keys, but the interface is so confusing I
find them not to be very helpful. Sorry not to have anything better to
say. Perhaps someone else will have some tips - if so I'd be glad to hear
them as well.

Does anyone know how accessible the program Heat is with Jaws. I believe
our office is going to start using this product for ticketing. I inquired
whether this product passed 508 standards from my management and got no
response.
