Well,

At least they mention JAWS and seem to know that there are issues. Not sure if 
I'm completely reassured.

  Hello to all

  I upgraded my version of AVG internet security 7.5 to the new version 8.0 and 
have had the following issue.

  Can't open the user interface.  Other than that the software seems to be 
running fine.

  After contacting AVG support and supplying them with diagnostic information I 
have received the following response.

  Dear Sir/Madam,

  Thank you for your email.

  After detailed analysis of the files which you sent us, we found that you use 
JAWS software which is causing this issue.

  We need to inform you that our developers are working on that issue.

  At this moment we do not have solution.

  We will inform you as soon as we have solution for that situation.

  Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience which this issue may cause 
you. We can recommend you to uninstall temporarily JAWS software until we found 
solution.

  Thank you for your understanding and kind cooperation.

  So all out there who are using AVG.  Stay with your current version and 
Hopefully this issue will be fixed in later releases of AVG8.



  I tested AVG8 with the following jaws versions Jaws 5,6,7,8,9 and the same 
problem still happens.
