No you do not understand this correctly. There is a program that adds a tab to the ribbin that works well with jaws to keep this some what on topic that provides you access to a menu system like office xp 2003 it does not convert the ribbin in to anything. Do I understand you correctly, that there is a program that can convert ribbons into the old classic view in office 2007? If available do you have a url? Best regards and have a nice day. Henning -----Oprindelig meddelelse----- Fra: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] På vegne af Joseph Lee Sendt: 22. september 2007 01:36 Til: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Emne: Re: Jaws & Microsoft Office 2007 Hi there, A "Ribbon" (am I spelling it right?) is a type of user interface that replaces menu bars. Instead of menus, the items are displayed in bunch of tabs, and each menu item is displayed as a button under a certain tab. For example, the Edit menu is now Writing Tab and functions such as Copy, Cut, Paste and other editing functions as buttons instead of menu items. There is a specific program that restores old "Classic" menu bar on Officce 2007 programs (Ribbon is availible under Word, Excel and Outbook, specifically where you compose your messages).
