Hi there,
The program that I've described does the opposite-- turns the Ribbon into Menubar. There's no other way around. Speaking of your other question, RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication, a way of delivering media content from a website onto a user's computer. This is commonly formatted as XML (Extensible Markup Language) files, suitable for RSS Feed readers rread the content and download new "episodes" or content as the user requests it.
Cheers,
Joseph

Okay, I guess, the next obvious question would be, what is the
program to
turn the modern menu I'll call it into the ribben type menu? If
I
understood you correctly?

Thanks,

Hi there,
A "Ribbon" (am I spelling it right?) is a type of user interface
that
replaces menu bars. Instead of menus, the items are displayed
in bunch of
tabs, and each menu item is displayed as a button under a
certain tab.
For example, the Edit menu is now Writing Tab and functions such
as Copy,
Cut, Paste and other editing functions as buttons instead of
menu items.
There is a specific program that restores old "Classic" menu bar
on
Officce 2007 programs (Ribbon is availible under Word, Excel and
Outbook,
specifically where you compose your messages).
Cheers,
Joseph

Please excuse my not understanding some of watt you said. I am
interested in
your comments, but don't understand what you mean by "ribben",
and can you
explain the classic menu in office you just mentioned. I use
outlook 2003
now, but may get 2007 soon. lastly, the rss feeds, can you
explain that.

I use jaws mostly for basic things. I am expanding my use of
jaws but am
behind the curve right now. I want to learn, so I really would
appreciate
your explaining the things I just mentioned?

One last thing. It seems, every time I open outlook express to
send a
message, and want to listen back my email before I send it out, I
forget to
max the screen. is there a way to have outlook express max the
screen upon
openning a new email to send?

Thanks,

J. Black

What is the nature of your problem? Outlook 2007 works well
with jaws and
has lots of nice new features. Like the rises reader function.
If you do
not
like the ribben get classic menus for office. I would sajest
you get this
any way because as you are learning the new system you will have
the old
system to fall back on wen you need to get a job done fast.

For example,
Office 2007 now uses the concept of "ribbons", instead of a
