Hello Windy. You can either turn the progress bar announcement off temporarily through the verbosity dialog box or through user settings in the configuration manager. You can set this either in the default configuration or on an application by application-specific bases. I hope this helps. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Wendy Alling Sent: Monday, March 14, 2005 4:26 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Jaws 6.0 question Hi list. Well, I took the plunge and installed jaws 6.0 today and it went without problems. However, I have noticed that when loading a web page or downloading email that jaws keeps on saying 1 percent up to 100 percent at various intervals until everything is loaded. Is there a way to shut this up or do I just get use to it being a new feature in the 6.0 product. -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
