Hi Ann,

Yes, Ctrl+Down arrow will read the note in it's entirety, or, at least the first paragraph, but what I wish to do is to read one line at a time.

Thanks,

Russell

If you use control-down arrow as for reading a paragraph, does that do it???

   Hi all,

I am having trouble reading notes in Outlook 2007 with Jaws 10 (latest version). What happens is when I open a note in Outlook and press the down arrow, Jaws doesn't read the next line. I must press the down arrow to move to the next line, and then, insert+Up arrow to get Jaws to read the line. I've tried everything, but can't get this to read properly. Incidentally, it works fine with Jaws 9. I tried loading Jaws 10 with the default settings, but still no go. I called FS, but they weren't able to help either. I use the notes in Outlook quite a bit, so would love to get this working properly! I can press insert+down arrow to say all and Jaws will read the entire note, but I sometimes like to read line by line so I can better grasp what is being read.

Thanks in advance for any help with this issue! Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks,

Russell
