Hi Gary,You mean Alt tab away from the note and then back to it? I tried that, but no luck!

Hi Russell, While the focus is on Outlook Notes, try pressing Alt + Tab. Then try reading the message in Outlook Notes line by line with the down arrow. It's weird, but it works for me. What happens is when I open a note in Outlook and press thedownarrow, Jaws doesn't read the next line. I must press the down arrow tomoveto the next line, and then, insert+Up arrow to get Jaws to read the line.I've tried everything, but can't get this to read properly. Incidentally,it works fine with Jaws 9. I tried loading Jaws 10 with the default settings, but still no go. I called FS, but they weren't able to helpeither. I use the notes in Outlook quite a bit, so would love to get thisworking properly! I can press insert+down arrow to say all and Jaws will read the entire note, but I sometimes like to read line by line so I can better grasp what is being read. Thanks in advance for any help with this issue! Anyone else experiencing this?
