Hi Gary,

You mean Alt tab away from the note and then back to it? I tried that, but no luck!

Thanks,

Russell

Hi Russell,

While the focus is on Outlook Notes, try pressing Alt + Tab. Then try
reading the message in Outlook Notes line by line with the down arrow.

It's weird, but it works for me.

Subject: Jaws 10 & reading notes in Outlook 2007

    Hi all,

I am having trouble reading notes in Outlook 2007 with Jaws 10 (latest
version). What happens is when I open a note in Outlook and press the
down
arrow, Jaws doesn't read the next line. I must press the down arrow to
move
to the next line, and then, insert+Up arrow to get Jaws to read the line.
I've tried everything, but can't get this to read properly. Incidentally,
it works fine with Jaws 9. I tried loading Jaws 10 with the default
settings, but still no go. I called FS, but they weren't able to help
either. I use the notes in Outlook quite a bit, so would love to get this
working properly! I can press insert+down arrow to say all and Jaws will
read the entire note, but I sometimes like to read line by line so I can
better grasp what is being read.

Thanks in advance for any help with this issue! Anyone else experiencing
this?

Thanks,

Russell
