Hi Sean, Thanks for the info - I got the access bridge installed and everything is working as it should be. Thanks, Ryan -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Sean M McMahon Sent: Tuesday, August 14, 2007 1:56 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Java and Jaws If you're just running java applications, then you should have what you need. If you intend to develop java applications, you'll need the java development kit. Please be aware that when you update your java runtime or remove and replace a java runtime, you must re-install the java access bridge. To insure access bridge works correctly, Go to the java controll pannel under the windows controll pannel. As you tab around, jaws should speak the various buttons and tabbs. hth Sean -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/ Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.com JFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
