When this occurs try refreshing the screen with JAWSKey + escape.

When I use Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro with JFW7.1 a few things go wrong:
(1) Sometimes it gets stuck on a message in a listview so that I cannot
arrow down to the next message.
(2) This phenomenon also occurs if automatic reading of messages is turned
on when I go to find a specific message. The list of results looks like a
list of 1 item when there are in fact several!
Restarting JFW does the trick in the first instance.
Anyone else experience this annoyance?
