Nothing worked for me except for starting Jaws from the hot key. ----- Original Message ----- From: Betsey Doane To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, August 19, 2006 6:15 PM Subject: RE: JFW7.1 and Outlook Ok, I've checked "rely on MSAA for listviews" in the Outlook.jcf file and found it unchecked in the default file--let's see how that works because it's gotten really annoying. (2) This phenomenon also occurs if automatic reading of messages is turned on when I go to find a specific message. The list of results looks like a list of 1 item when there are in fact several! Restarting JFW does the trick in the first instance. Anyone else experience this annoyance? Betsey Doane
