hi,
know this is running behind but I had no problems with the outer public pages.
they have a contact call us number there, you could probably give them a call and see if the inside is useable as well.

I tried it a year or two ago and found critical parts of the website
inaccessible. I can't remember what the problems were, but I know I gave up 
and summoned the proverbial sighted assistant.
